Pakistani FM meets Iranian President Rouhani

Pakistani Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi met Iranian President Hassan Rouhani in Tehran on Sunday. Qureshi is on three-nation trip to Iran, Saudi Arabia and the US. His Iran visit is reportedly part of Pakistan’s efforts to reduce tensions in the region. Pakistan has made it clear that it would not become party to the ongoing conflict between the US and Iran, and would try its best to resolve the confrontation.
