U.S. officials are confident Iran shot down Ukranian plane

U.S. officials believe Iran is responsible for shooting down a Ukrainian passenger jet on Wednesday, resulting in the deaths of all 176 people on board. The plane crashed shortly after taking off from Tehran. CBS News transportation correspondent Kris Van Cleave joins CBSN with more.
